About
Where do I start? 🙂
I eat, live, and breathe food! It always wasn’t like this. I have always loved cooking and eating different foods, but the cooking aspect didn’t fully pick up until I got married on 10.10.10 in Las Vegas. Yes, thanks to my husband, this interest has finally blossomed. He has supported me and inspired me to cook outside the box! Each day I am exploring my curiosity about cooking techniques, preparations and new ingredients…….there is still so much to discover!!
After moving to London from the US and having the time to experiment in the kitchen, I have finally decided to share my passion for food with others. Initially, it all started with just uploading photos of items I cooked and providing brief descriptions on Facebook. After responding to requests for the recipes, I thought it best to begin blogging and share my passion with the wider world.
Through my blog, I hope to just simply talk about food and provide recipes ideas that are healthy, interesting, delicious, and sometimes quick to make. As I am just starting out, I have made a few posts and have provided recipe ideas. Going forward, I hope to provide more precise measurements and methods.
Hopefully, it can inspire you to cook more or even increase your daily vegetable intake! 🙂 In turn, with comments and feedback from you I hope to grow and become a better cook and keep sharing the joy!
Why Vegetarian? I was born vegetarian and have found cultural and health reasons to remain a vegetarian. I love my veggies. 🙂
Many thanks for visiting!!If you would like a topic discussed or have a recipe that other VegDelight’s readers might like, would love to hear from you. Also, your feedback to keep improving the site is highly appreciated. Hope you visit often!
